Quick response helps brewing equipment manufacturer avoid downtime

    What was needed:

A failed pump on a Tricool Heat Unit meant a Derbyshire based manufacturer was unable to run their main production line.

They needed a fast response to get production going and avoid escalating downtime costs.

    What we did:

Following an initial survey for this time critical job, we completed a same day repair on the unit.

To prevent this happening again, we worked with our supplier GM Treble to source the correct specialist pump for a quick turnaround complete replacement.

Within a short time frame we were able to fit the pump which involved hot works and a tricky space to work in.

Working with the site team we were able to get production back on in double quick time. While on site we also checked on their other refrigeration equipment to leave them with the peace of mind that their production equipment was in safe hands.

    Key benefits:

    • Quick response meant limited downtime
    • Advice on how to avoid the same happening again
    • Competitive pricing
    • Full site cover for complete peace of mind
