Having worked closely with the PPS team for a long time, Graham officially joined the PPS team near the start of 2023, working to strengthen and support our pneumatics team.

Job Title: Pneumatics Team Manager
Graham started his career as an electrical apprentice, working hands on in industry. He progressed to become electrical team manager, moving into project management and eventually works operations manager for a process based manufacturing company. Graham’s technical background and insight into production lines helped strengthen his role as operations manager, where he was managing multi-million-pound projects.
In 2012 Graham joined a hydraulics company and became involved with fluid power businesses, working closely with Camozzi Automation as a distribution partner for them.
In 2016, Graham joined Camozzi Automation as regional distribution manager for the North of England, Scotland and Ireland. He worked closely with Camozzi authorised distributors and resale partners, offering them technical advice and support. His previous experience of managing an engineering team and production gave him first-hand knowledge of how to build strong and trusted working relationships with customers.
During his time at Camozzi Automation, Graham worked closely with PPS, so joining the team at the start of 2023 was a smooth and natural transition.
“My role in PPS is to manage the pneumatics department, supporting the team to ensure we offer the best service to our customers.
“I enjoy visiting customers and offering technical support and assistance. I want to make sure that our customers see us as a solution provider and partner in their own businesses.
“I have been working with our team to put systems in place to improve efficiency and control of the department and help to grow sales.”
“I really enjoy problem solving and finding solutions – I get a buzz out of it. I think that comes from my days working in a maintenance engineering role.
“I like having the confidence that if a customer gives us a problem, we can find a solution. It’s really very satisfying knowing that we’ve helped people and supported their business.”.
“Well, I don’t seem to have much free time! When I do I enjoy socialising and watching sports, mainly football and motor sports. I have a holiday lodge in North Wales which is where you’ll find me most weekends in the summer!”
