Water hose and fittings

Integraflex Yorkshire stock a comprehensive range of options for water hose assemblies. On site in Sheffield, we manufacture hose in numerous lengths, bore sizes and fitting permutations.

Hoses can be proof pressure tested on request. Typically, assemblies are swaged, although other options are available including stainless steel band straps or clamps.

Customer case study: Rapid response for bespoke hose

A national waste management company had an emergency requirement for an extremely long length of sewer jetting hose (320m) with no joins.

Within 24 hours Integraflex had manufactured the required length of hose and had devised and implemented an umbilical connection system that ensured that the hose could be retracted from the sewer pipes without loss or damage and withstand the extremely arduous working conditions.
