Stainless steel hose

Integraflex Yorkshire supply a complete range of stainless steel hoses to suit your exact requirements. Stainless steel assemblies are always supplied with end fittings welded in place; all assemblies are tested for integrity of the weld. We hydrostatically test assemblies to an agreed proof pressure.

Metallic assemblies are an excellent problem solver as they offer the following features & benefits:

• Excellent resistance to chemicals – please provide details of any chemicals being conveyed
• Excellent temperature resistance – 250°C to +600°C
• Excellent pressure and vacuum resistance on single and double braided hoses
• Extremely flexible in application – kink resistant and easy to route
• Ideal for steam applications due to stainless steel construction
• Fire Resistant – can be supplied with silicone fire sleeve
• Wide range of fittings available, dissimilar sized end fittings can easily be accommodated.
• Good mechanical strength offers longer life than rubber hoses in certain applications – scuff-strips and external armouring can also be supplied at time of manufacture.
