    Garnalex were adding a state-of-the-art powder coating plant to their Belper site. This required a duty-stand-by compressed air supply.


    Deliver reliable and energy efficient compressed air supply, to match the variable demand of the new powder coating line.


    Having worked with the team at Garnalex from their inception, Compcon were called on to specify and install the new compressed air system.

    This involved the installation of two Atlas Copco GA18VSD+FF air compressors with all associated Atlas Copco ancillaries and Prevost pipework.

    Garnalex are driven by pride to produce consistent quality in their products. They need to be able to focus on their product, not the reliability of their compressed air system. By supplying a complete duty/standby system Garnalex have peace of mind knowing that their system is automatically meeting their needs. Additionally, they have visibility of this control through the SMARTLINK remote monitoring technology on their compressors.
